Role Overview The Associate, Private Wealth Client Services plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This position serves as a primary contact for clients, supporting wealth advisors in providing superior customer service, relationship management, account administration, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day support contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Support senior team members in maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Process client requests such as wires, journals, distributions, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with client onboarding, including account opening, documentation, and account transfers
Prepare and review account paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission
Process account maintenance requests such as address changes, interested party access, signer updates
Support cash management activities and monitor account activity to ensure timely execution with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with subscription and redemption documentation for alternative investments
Liaise between clients and internal/external professionals (CPAs, attorneys) to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
Support internal initiatives and team projects that promote efficiency and scalability
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, but not required.
0–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field

Proficiency in financial platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Addepar, and custodial platforms like Pershing, Fidelity, and Schwab is a plus
What We Offer Starting base salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
