Payroll Coordinator

Beyondsoft Payroll Processing RoleThis position will work under the guidance of the Payroll Manager in the USA and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and accurate multi-state payroll processing.Responsibilities include:Ensuring bi-weekly payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner.Entering salary adjustments, commission payments, bonuses, vacation, sick pay and other payroll related data in preparation for payroll processing.Reviewing computed wages and correcting errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings.Processing wage garnishment, pay levies, or other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely manner.Assisting employees with general payroll questions and educating on company-specific payroll policies.Managing tasks to ensure the efficient employee onboarding and time processing of employee status changes.Maintaining employee files, updating documents to SharePoint/Cloud.Working closely with Human Resource and Accounting on all payroll related financial analysis and issues.Identifying and developing solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency.Performing quarterly deduction audit to ensure accuracy on benefits and other deductions.Performing additional duties as assigned.Minimum qualifications include:Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field.2+ years of payroll processing experience.ADP WFN experience preferred.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Commitment to customer service and strong sense of ownership for projects and results.Strong problem solver with good analytical skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time.Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.Preferred qualifications include:Experience processing payroll for multi-states preferred.Familiarity with federal and state labor leave laws, especially CA.Beyondsoft offers competitive compensation and benefits along with a company culture that embodies continuous learning, growth, and training with a dedicated focus on employee satisfaction and work/life balance.Private Health and Life Insurance12 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO) + 3 discretionary daysPaid CR holidays100% remoteBeyondsoft provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type.
