The driver will be responsible for transporting construction materials, equipment, and machinery to and from job sites while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards. This role requires experience in the construction industry and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment, not limited to side dumps, super side dumps, end dumps, and flatbeds. We operate manual 18 speed trucks.\nCheck us out and what we do https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0CgBhDf3yg\nPosition Responsibilities:\nOperate Class A commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, lowboys, flatbeds, and other heavy-duty trucks.\nLoad, secure, and transport construction materials and equipment to designated locations.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working order.\nAdhere to all DOT and FMCSA regulations, as well as company policies.\nMaintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and delivery records.\nAssist with loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads.\nCommunicate effectively with dispatch, project managers, and job site supervisors.\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.\nPerform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of vehicles when necessary.\nSupport construction crews with tasks as needed when not driving.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nValid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.\nMinimum 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles in the construction or transportation industry.\nExperience operating side dump trucks, flatbeds, and other heavy-duty vehicles.\nKnowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.\nAbility to safely secure and transport oversized loads.\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs individually and/or be fit for duty.\nAbility to work in various weather conditions.\nAdditional endorsements (e.g., Double, Hazmat, Tanker) are a plus.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive pay based on experience.\nWeekly Pay\nHealth, dental and life insurance.\n401(k) with company match.\nHSA and FSA\nHealth and Wellness Program\nEmployee Assistance Program\nPaid time off and holidays.\nOpportunities for overtime.\nCareer growth and training opportunities\nYear-Round Company Events and Training\nAnnual Recognition Banquet\nAnnual Profit Sharing\nQuarterly Bonus Program\nJoin our team and contribute to building great people and great projects!
