Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.\n\nWhat you bring\n\nBasic\n\n8+ years related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years related experience with a Master's degree\n\nBachelors or Masters degree in Technology or Computer Science or Cybersecurity\n\nExperience with product security practices (secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, cloud/application security)\n\nExperience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO 27001)\n\nExperience leading large, cross-functional security or engineering programs\n\nExperience with program planning, prioritization, and driving accountability across teams\n\nExperience with threat modeling, risk management, and vulnerability management\n\nPreferred\n\nHands-on experience enabling shift-left security practices in product development\n\nProven ability to build and scale Security Champions or developer enablement programs\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR FedRAMP, etc.)\n\nExperience working with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment\n\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices and security automation\n\nExperience with security automation tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines\n\nTrack record of leading cultural change to foster security-first engineering practices\n\nRelevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)\n\nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nExperience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nWage Transparency\n\nPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.\n\nBased on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:\n\nWashington: $146,400.00 - $206,775.00 base salary\n\nThis role is also eligible for the following:\n\nBonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
