Bid and proposal support is preferred. This includes but not limited to the following:\n\nDemonstrated track record supporting design solutions for various Department of Defense (DoD) and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) requirements.\n\nPrevious experience leading a technical team, demonstrating strong organization skills and technical proficiency.\n\nPossess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, managers, and peers within company and customers.\n\nProven experience in developing and documenting proposed architectures for highly complex DoD and OGA requirements.\n\nDemonstrated success in creating/maintaining relationships with senior internal and external business leaders and customers.\n\nExperience with forming winning industry partnerships based on analysis of solution requirements, customer knowledge, and JFTI internal capabilities.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nSalary Range 140K-175K and will be commensurate with experience\n\nFull-Time/Part-Time Full-Time\n\nLevel of Clearance Required Secret\n\nAmount of Travel 5%-15%\n\nAbout the Organization\nJ.F.
