Change Management Lead (OCM / Program Communications) – ContractCharlotte, NC | Greensboro, NC | Raleigh, NCDuration: 6+ months CTHOur client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Change Management Lead for a top-tier Client.This role will drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) across a 3-year finance transformation program, ensuring consistent messaging, stakeholder alignment, and adoption for major platform changes across SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, and OFSAA.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute the program-level OCM strategy and integrated communications roadmap across the multi-year transformationOwn enterprise messaging: key narratives, leadership communications, stakeholder updates, and program brand/awareness where neededConduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans across impacted groups (Finance, Operations, Technology, and partner functions)Partner with PMs and workstream leaders to embed change activities into delivery plans (readiness, impacts, resistance management)Create and manage OCM deliverables: change impact assessments, communication plans, stakeholder maps, adoption metrics, and leadership updatesCoordinate closely with the Training Lead and Client (SI) to align messaging with training cadence and readiness activitiesEstablish feedback loops (surveys, office hours, FAQs) and track adoption/readiness metrics to guide interventionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience8–12+ years in OCM/change leadership, communications, or transformation roles (banking or consulting strongly preferred)Proven experience driving OCM for large-scale system implementations / finance transformationsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence leaders and facilitate difficult conversationsExcellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills; highly organized with attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting programs involving SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA (or similar ERP/finance platforms)Familiarity with OCM frameworks/methodologies and measurement (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent)
