Position Type:Academics Extra Duty/Grade Level/Department LeadDate Posted:4/22/2026Location:Administration CenterThe Hickman Mills C-1 School District is now accepting applications for Grade Level and Department Leads for the 2026-2027 school year.The Grade Level/Departmental Lead is a leadership role focused on instructional excellence, curriculum management, and collaborative professional development within the Hickman Mills C-1 Schools. This is a two-year term (ending in even-numbered years) that includes a $500 annual stipend paid upon completion of the school year.Key Areas of Focus for PD & CollaborationLeads are expected to utilize collaboration time to address specific district and building needs, including but not limited to:? Reviewing Student Learning Objectives (SLOs).? Optimizing the use of instructional resources.? Refining assessment items and curriculum scope & sequences.? Grade level (K-5)/departmental (6-12) data review?
