As the Dispatch Coordinator you will assist with scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management teamReview and maintain the scheduling software so that appropriate teams are routed accordinglyPerform detailed and accurate data entryReceive incoming calls about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communicationsCollaborate and assist with other departments, as neededPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experiencePrior dispatch experience preferredAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedKnowledge of local geographical area is preferredMust be knowledgeable in relevant computer applicationsSkills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
