Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multi-Family Maintenance Technician position located in the Greater Tucson Area. The role involves performing routine property maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and undertaking repair tasks to ensure optimal property functionality. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for addressing equipment-related challenges, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and effectively communicating with the property management team. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial MaintenanceProficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance tasksSkills in performing general Maintenance & Repair workAbility to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsBasic understanding of tools and techniques used in multi-family property maintenancePrior experience in property management maintenance is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
