This role is responsible for developing and leading assignments that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This position creates resources and partnerships that enhance the work experience and promotional potential of workers with disabilities in the AbilityOne program. Oversees internal and external projects, ensuring they comply with U.S. AbilityOne Commission (Commission) policies, SourceAmerica goals, and initiatives. Operates as a subject matter expert on rehabilitation best practices and national trends for internal and external stakeholders. Manages strategic relationships with other government disability programs. Provides direct guidance to Nonprofit Agencies (NPAs) on workforce-related matters. You'll also oversee the development of graphics for presentations and contribute to creating compelling proposal content.
