A leading industrial manufacturer is seeking a Division Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. This role owns division-wide marketing leadership across product management, pricing, marketing services, and customer service-driving growth, market share expansion, and commercialization initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide data-driven direction and recommendations on products, advertising, markets, pricing, strategic planning, and acquisitions.Drive the division's growth goals and establish market share targets in priority segments.Serve as the primary liaison between the division and the field sales organization.Build and manage timelines, milestones, and goals to deliver against the marketing plan.Partner with engineering and operations to identify and develop new products and growth opportunities for existing products.Coordinate product commercialization-including promotional programs, training for field/inside sales, and support across distribution networks.Create and refine marketing programs; evaluate market response to advertising, merchandising, packaging, and formulation and adjust strategy.Manage department budgets to ensure objectives are achieved.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required; MBA preferred.15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a technical customer-facing role.3-5 years of experience leading and developing professional sales and/or marketing teams.Demonstrated ability to build and deploy strategy plans that optimize growth.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional influence skills.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive benefits offering (medical, dental, vision, etc.)Bonus/incentive eligibility (as applicable) If you are interested in the Division Marketing Manager position, apply today!
