Responsible for working as part of a team and is required to perform all duties of software development including design, development, testing, and documentation.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nDevelops flexible, maintainable solutions using the guidelines, requirements and standard practices.\nSolves development problems through the use of good design and practical experience.\nReviews, modifies, enhances, and maintains existing systems by fixing issues, remediating security vulnerabilities, and\nimproving system performance.\nParticipates in planning and user story analysis by providing feedback and demonstrating an understanding of user\nrequirements.\nAssists in solving business problems by implementing technical solutions based on solid design principles and best\npractices.\nActively participates in and follows software development processes and procedures.\nDocuments software changes, best practices, and standards.\nKeeps up to date with current and future changes in tools, technology, programming best practices, and industry\nstandards through training and development opportunities.\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\nWhat You Will Need:\n\nBachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent technical trade school and work experience required.\nTypically, 3+ years of experience working in a professional technical environment.\n1 year of professional software design and development experience preferred.\nGeneral knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean.\nExperience with the following technologies is expected, but not all are required: General knowledge of .NET, C#,\nASP.NET, MVC, Classic ASP, VB Script, Entity Framework, WPF, JavaScript, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, MSMQ, and NServiceBus required.\nExperience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control tools preferred.\nEffectively work within a team environment\nEffective written and oral communication\n\nThe responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.\n\nSalary range: $72,000 – $120,000\n\nThe salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Ranges may be modified in the future.\nThis role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
