The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for collaborating with their respective Product Manager and Technical Lead to support, maintain and deliver IT program mapping, scheduling and budget tracking. This role will be responsible for the delivery and maintaining roadmap schedules on time. This technical Project Manager/Scrum Master role is responsible for understanding, influencing and enabling the business strategy by deploying the relevant digital technologies. The role is accountable as the single point of contact for their Digital workstream, Delivering and maintaining capabilities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction is key.\n\nResponsibilities\nPrepares and implements project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions and dependencies).\nManages work streams, prepares status reports and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.\nActs as key escalation point for risks and issues\nManaging multi-year projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies.\nCoordinates and communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.\n\nExperience Required:\nExperience with Major Program management\nLeverages project management tools such as Jira task management and Jira\nProficient with project and portfolio management tools (i.e. Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nExperience Preferred:\nExperience in IT global program\nAbility to analyze project data, metrics and financials, making data-driven analytical decisions\nAbility to identify risks and manage them\nEducation Required:\nBachelor's degree in IT\n\n**Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
