Your role will involve:\nConducting detailed research, analyzing data, and preparing plans to support innovative design solutions.\nPerforming field reviews to identify opportunities and constraints.\nCollaborating with senior staff to create CAD-generated designs and compelling visual exhibits.\nProviding cost estimates, documentation, and quality checks for project accuracy.\nContributing to projects that enhance communities while ensuring safety and sustainability.\nAdhering to all quality and safety standards.\nMaking recommendations and demonstrating analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nBuilding professional connections through client meetings and networking.\nPerforming other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not required\nExperience: 2-12 years of experience\nCertifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT)\nCommunication and interpersonal skills.\nAnalytical and creative thinking.\n\nExpected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position that has the availability to work hybrid.\nTravel: Travel is primarily local during the business day.
