Position Title
Enrollment Coach
Job Duties
The Enrollment Coach will be the main point of contact for prospective students, within specific academic programs, who are seeking to enroll at Butler. Using a caseload approach, they will guide students from inquiry to enrollment, facilitate the student’s transition to their academic advisor, and provide superior customer service to their external and internal constituents.
This is a grant funded position.

H. Candidates should value professional development and performance coaching.
Required experience
At least one year of direct experience working in the recruitment, advising, high school relations, admissions, records and outreach, or related field.
Required educational background
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
