The ideal candidate will be a software developer who has experience with the Zoho product suite and Java. The individual should be capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\n* Evaluate existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap\r\n\r\n\r\nDesign and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations.\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements.\r\n\r\n\r\nDevelop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes\r\n\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\n* Bachelors degree in information systems or related field or equivalent work experience.\r\n\r\n\r\n3 years experience with Zoho product suite, specifically the CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in the Zoho product suite using the Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment (Deluge) scripting language.\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations in Zoho utilizing the Java development environment.\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience building files in XML (Extensible Markup Language) based on defined standards.\r\n\r\n\r\nKnowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques\r\n\r\n\r\nKnowledge of design, development and implementation of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures.\r\n\r\n\r\nCandidates must be Wisconsin residents. If no Wisconsin residents are within the pool, we will fail the recruitment and repost.\r\nInterview Process\r\nInterview Process: Zoom or Teams interview w/camera on for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
