We are seeking a strategic, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving people initiatives, strengthening organizational culture, and enhancing the employee experience.Position Summary:The HRBP provides end-to-end HR support across employee relations, investigations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance. This role serves as a trusted advisor, managing complex employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.Essential Job Duties:Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and drive employee engagementLead and manage employee relations matters, including conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial workplace investigations, documenting findings, and recommending appropriate actionsProvide expert guidance on conflict resolution, corrective actions, performance improvement, and policy interpretationAdminister and support HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and complianceCollaborate with leaders to create, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational structuresFacilitate performance management processes, including coaching managers on effective feedback and development planningSupport onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive employee experienceRespond to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits with a high level of customer serviceMonitor HR trends and metrics; conduct audits; prepare reports to support data-driven decision-makingRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR service deliveryEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; proactively advise leadership on risk mitigationParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field5+ years of HR experience, including employee relations and investigationsStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (healthcare preferred)PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification a plusProven ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentialityStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; Workday experience a plusAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesPeriodic travel within the division territoryScheduled Weekly Hours:40Work Shift:1st Shift (United States of America)Job Category:Human ResourcesCompany:Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc.Sonic Healthcare USA is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace for all employees.
