UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers to deliver solutions on schedule.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, story estimation, technical design reviews, and sprint planning activities.\nPerform unit testing and support automated testing initiatives to ensure application reliability and performance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, database, and production support issues.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation including system designs, support procedures, workflows, and knowledge articles.\nSupport ongoing production operations, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and enhancement requests.\nPartner with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.\nMentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing across the organization.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, or similar role within a GIS-focused environment.\nStrong hands-on experience with .NET development.\nStrong experience with JavaScript development.\nExperience with Python scripting and automation.\nWorking knowledge of Esri technologies, including:\nArcGIS Pro\nArcGIS Enterprise\nPortal for ArcGIS\nArcGIS Server\nEnterprise Geodatabases\nFeature Services\nUtility Network\nExperience developing, supporting, or integrating GIS applications and services.\nStrong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, and system integrations.\nProficiency with SQL and relational database concepts.\nExperience working with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.\nAbility to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and data environments.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, release management, and production support processes.\nExperience creating clear and effective technical documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Esri Utility Network, including:\nBranch Versioning\nSubnetwork Management\nNetwork
