The company values curiosity, strategic thinking, collaboration, and a shared commitment to building strong products and delivering meaningful customer outcomes.## About the RoleFoley is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to modernize and scale the infrastructure supporting its core compliance SaaS platform and next-generation AI-enabled products.As part of the Infrastructure Platform team, you will help evolve Foley’s Azure DevOps ecosystem, establish GitHub Enterprise CI/CD foundations, strengthen DevSecOps practices, and improve cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code.This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for an engineer with strong technical depth, an automation-first mindset, and a passion for developer productivity, platform reliability, and security.### Key Responsibilities#### CI/CD Platform Modernization* Modernize and standardize Azure DevOps pipelines supporting Foley’s .NET SaaS platform.* Design and implement GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions workflows for scalable engineering and AI-native products.* Drive pipeline-as-code adoption and establish deployment best practices across development, staging, and production.* Integrate observability, automated quality gates, and testing frameworks into CI/CD workflows.#### DevSecOps & Platform Security* Implement and manage SAST and DAST tooling across Azure DevOps and GitHub environments.* Establish security policies, vulnerability remediation workflows, and deployment gates.* Partner with engineering teams to improve application security through automation and secure development practices.* Maintain secure secrets management, IAM controls, and infrastructure security standards.#### Cloud Infrastructure & Automation* Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.* Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code patterns for SaaS and AI platform workloads.* Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through automation.* Contribute to architecture decisions supporting long-term platform growth.#### AI-Enabled Engineering* Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and operational excellence.* Support infrastructure requirements for AI workloads, agent platforms, model integrations, and emerging AI services.* Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational processes using AI and modern platform tooling.### Required Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.* Strong experience operating and supporting production workloads in AWS.* Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions in enterprise environments.* Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform and/or AWS CDK.* Experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.* Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.* Experience integrating SAST and DAST tooling into CI/CD pipelines.* Experience embedding unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing into deployment workflows.* Strong troubleshooting, automation, and systems-thinking abilities.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.### Preferred Qualifications* Experience supporting .NET and C# application delivery pipelines.* Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms.* Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, model-serving environments, vector databases, or agent-based platforms.* Familiarity with GitHub Advanced Security, Snyk, Semgrep, OWASP ZAP, or similar security tools.### Ideal Candidate* Enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems at scale.* Naturally looks for opportunities to automate manual processes.* Balances development speed with operational discipline and production reliability.* Proactively identifies risks and drives solutions.* Embraces emerging technologies, including AI-enabled engineering workflows.* Has a collaborative and improvement-oriented mindset.### Work ArrangementThis is a primarily remote, US-based position with occasional travel for team collaboration, training, and company events.The role may be performed remotely from:* Arizona* California* Colorado* Connecticut* Florida* Georgia* Illinois* Indiana* Kansas* Maryland* Massachusetts* Michigan* Nebraska* New Hampshire* New Jersey* New York* North Carolina* Pennsylvania* Rhode Island* South Carolina* Tennessee* Texas* Virginia* Wisconsin### Benefits and Perks* Medical, dental, and vision coverage.* 401(k) with company match.* Paid time off and holidays.* Wellness programs.* Employee assistance program.## Equal OpportunityFoley is committed to equal employment opportunity and an inclusive workplace.
