Reporting to the IWS Director, you will be responsible for employee engagement, recruiting talent for manufacturing and logistics positions, ensuring that labor management goals, and forecasted headcount targets are exceeded.\n\nHours: 1st shift - Monday – Friday (must be flexible to assist other shifts as needed)\n\nJob Responsibilities\nManage requisitions, order fulfillment and onboarding employees.\nQualify and place candidates for open positions.\nCoordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires.\nConduct background checks, drug screenings, and timely onboarding.\nAssist with payroll and billing as needed.\nAssist in employee terminations while mitigating risks.\nServe as a contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees.\nCollaborate with client managers to address recruiting and retention challenges.\nEvaluate and refine recruiting strategies and plans.\nAssist with coaching, counseling, and mentoring to staff.\nSupport IWO Operations Manager with employee relations investigations, providing necessary support and documentation.\nOther duties as needed or assigned\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience\n1-3 years’ experience to include Staffing, Recruiting, and/or Client Relationship role\nWorking knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems preferred\nProficient in Microsoft Office products\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication skills\nCompany Summary\n\nNo matter what stage of your career, Impact Workforce Solutions can help you achieve your goals and realize your full potential.
