The successful candidate will provide the technical depth in software architecture design, development, and validation.What You Will DoDesign and develop Android mobile apps for connected appliances and IoT devicesEnsure Software Development Process is followed, and appropriate documentation producedWork in a cross-functional team to architect full end-to-end smart appliance solutions and meet program delivery commitmentImprove and maintain mobile apps already released in the marketDesign and build strong testing infrastructure to maximize reliabilityWork closely with platform leaders, product line design teams, industrial designers, and web teams to define new feature rich applicationsWhat You Need To Succeed1-3 years of Android application developmentKnowledge of Android Operating System fundamentalsUnderstanding of Android design principles and interface guidelinesProficient in Kotlin and/or Java, knowledge of Flutter is a plusFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end servicesWork from UI/UX requirements, APIs, mockups to build functional, high-performance Android applicationsOutstanding analytical and self-motivated problem-solving attitude and good team player
