It requires a creative thinker who has the ability to transform ideas into actionable tolls that help teams deliver their objectives. This role will:\n\nWork across multiple business teams learning how they operate, understanding insights they need to make decisions\nAnalyze information from multiple data sources, external and internal to identify business drivers that affect growth and efficiency\nDesign reports, tools and tracking mechanisms\nTranslate ideas into tangible output\nA Day in the Life...\nDelivering insights using compelling Power BI or SAC visualization techniques for business team.\nAbility to translate business needs into actionable reporting and visualization thru rapid prototyping and storytelling.\nBuilding models and designing experiments that seek to uncover insights that drive performance.\nAnalyzing complex data made of unstructured, semi-structured and structured datasets to drive insights.\nActive participant in designing creative new ways to use data to help commercial team drive growth.\nWork in an environment with internal IT, business teams and external vendors to design and scale work-flows, templates and dashboards .\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nBA/BS in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience, preferably with a focus on data visualization\nMinimum 5 years of related experience\nExtensive experience with Data Visualization using tools like PowerBI (preferred) and Tableau\nDemonstrate ability to work effectively with others within a complex, cross-functional and fast paced organization\nExcellent communication. Ability to present ideas and insights to business stakeholders\nCPG industry knowledge\nEducation:\nBachelor's or University Degree (Required)\nWork Experience:\nAt least 3 Years of Experience\nAnnual Salary:\n$87,400 - $120,230\nThe base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
