Our goal is to help men and women live healthy, happy lives without the burden of substance abuse or mental illness.Take the first step toward making a difference and saving lives.The Receptionist is responsible for managing the telephone systems, retrieving messages from voicemail, taking messages for staff and any other task which is assignedCore Job Duties:Greets visitors and clients in a professional mannerMaintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs. Ensures all visitors and given a "Visitor" badge and ensures visitors return "Visitor" badgeMaintains and orders office supplies for every departmentMaintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting areaKnows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basisMaintains a filing system for various company functionsAssists with projects from other departments, as necessaryAttends staff meetings, when necessaryMaintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and familiesAdheres to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum high school diploma or equivalentHigher Education in a business-related field preferredAt least one (1) year in a professional office setting.
