Graduate degree strongly preferred.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience within distribution, transportation, and customs compliance.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of direct P/L experience\nMinimum of 10 years in general managerial equivalent roles\nDistribution warehousing experience in a regulated environment.\nDistribution, inventory, and lifecycle management required.\nExperience in ERP integration and implementation\nSix Sigma preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nProject management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.\nProject is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.\nSkill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.\nAbility to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.\nAdvanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.\nWorking knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of computerized business and operating systems.\nAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.\nKnowledge and understanding of integrated program planning, development, and administration within a public institution environment.\nStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills\nExcellent problem-solving abilities.\nStrong ability to facilitate and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines; able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives.\nExcellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.\nStrong business acuity with solid knowledge of finance, supply chain distribution and employee management.\nDiligent and proactive results-driven personality.\nAbility to coordinate, plan, manage, delegate, and oversee many aspects of the inventory function for optimum productivity achievement.\nExcellent reconciliation, problem resolution and conflict management skills.\nMust have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, including the capability to work across multiple functions.\nPhysical Demands: (if applicable)\nThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to\nsuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
