Managing the staffing and resource allocation within the FF program and across the AIMS Cyber organization. This includes: Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Conducting performance evaluations, promotions, and career planning activities. Providing mentorship, support and assistance to others Guiding by function practices and defined management precedents. Maintaining communication with internal personnel, external customers, and peers at various levels. Setting strategic direction, making decisions, allocating resources, fostering collaboration, and driving the achievement of organizational objectives. Decisions impact financial, employee, or public relations posture.
