Elsinore Ave., Meridian, IDPrimrose School of North Meridian is looking for a caring, dependable Infant Assistant Teacher to join our loving infant team. If you have a heart for babies and enjoy nurturing, comforting, and supporting little ones during their earliest milestones, this role may be perfect for you.This position works with infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months and rotates between two infant classrooms, both with small group sizes and a low 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio.Schedule• Monday–Friday• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM• No nights or weekendsWhat We Offer• $14–$17 per hour, based on experience• Consistent full-time schedule• 80 hours of PTO, paid holidays, and paid winter break• Health, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) with 3% match• Paid training and ongoing professional development• Supportive leadership and a positive, team-focused cultureWhat You'll Do• Assist in providing loving, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 15 months• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play• Rotate between two infant classrooms while maintaining consistency and strong relationships with children• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment• Follow safe sleep, health, and licensing guidelines at all times• Communicate positively with lead teachers and families• Help create a warm, nurturing environment where infants feel safe and secureWhat We're Looking For• Meets Idaho childcare licensing requirements• Infant or early childhood experience preferred, but not required• A calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs as needed• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about working with babiesAt Primrose School of North Meridian, we believe the infant years are incredibly important.
