We are looking for a talented Team Member II (Maybach) to join our growing team. You will be responsible to ensure daily output goals are achieved. This team member will assure and maintain the success and multi-skills of the teamwork and be required to perform other duties as needed.
What you will be responsible for:
Be a positive influence
Complete daily work assignments as instructed by the TL and Supervisor
Cross train team members to assure flexibility
Participate in all CI activities within the assigned areas
Drive and complete assigned 5S activities
Assist TL and Supervisor in driving down top defect issues
Knowledge of all assembly-related processes
Attention to detail
Ensure parts are to customer Quality standard
Focus on standard work and Quality in station
Assist with other duties as required.
What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required):
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Rework of parts
Detect defects or faults in parts
Basic knowledge in industrial safety
Ability to perform all operations in assigned areas within takt time
Basic Computer literacy
Ability to train/teach
Promotes and exhibits teamwork at all times
