Remote Install Specialist

About the Opportunity:The Remote Install Specialist role involves providing technical support and installation services for customer alarm systems remotely. This position is essential in delivering timely and effective assistance to customers through scheduled remote appointments, ensuring their security systems function optimally and enhancing their overall satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Provide installation assistance to existing customers via scheduled outbound calls.• Install a range of security products and services while clearly communicating technical information.• Display detailed knowledge of security products to improve customer satisfaction.• Educate customers on system functionality to maximize use.• Identify and suggest additional security and home automation solutions.• Resolve technical issues by determining appropriate actions and coordinating with remote or field service partners.4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; technical support experience preferred.• Technical aptitude with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.• One year of home security systems technician experience highly preferred.• Must have a quiet, private home workspace with adequate internet bandwidth.5.
