Its Schulze School of Entrepreneurship is ranked No. 11 among undergraduate entrepreneurship programs in the world by The Princeton Review, reflecting the university's momentum and commitment to building a high-quality entrepreneurship ecosystem for venture creation.\nThe Program Manager (PM) will lead the gALPHA and gBETA St. Thomas accelerator programs. The PM recruits and selects companies and executes programming tailored to entrepreneurs building companies across any stage, industry or business model, with a focus on founders who are students or alumni of the University of St. Thomas. The PM will coach startups and create networks and introductions for two annual accelerator cohorts. The gALPHA program is four weeks and will be delivered in a hybrid format, with program components taking place on the University of St. Thomas campus in St. Paul, Minnesota, and via Zoom, culminating in a showcase in the Twin Cities area. The gBETA program is seven weeks and will also be delivered in a hybrid format, with program components taking place on the University of St. Thomas campus in St. Paul, Minnesota, and via Zoom, including in-person kick-off and showcase events in the Twin Cities area. Outside of the formal accelerator program, the PM will continue to work with accelerator alumni, recruit and hold office hours with startups and actively participate in the University of St. Thomas startup community, building relationships with stakeholders, mentors and investors.\nAs a member of the gener8tor team, you will be an essential part of our overall global platform. The full gener8tor platform connects startup founders, musicians, researchers, artists, investors, universities and corporations. Your support as our gBETA / gALPHA St. Thomas PM will impact startups connected to the University of St. Thomas through working specifically with startup founders in collaboration with a network of partners, mentors and investors.\nSuccess for the Program Manager means fully owning the day-to-day logistics and operations of the gBETA and gALPHA programs end-to-end. This includes managing the operational components of founder recruitment, interview and selection; sourcing and engaging mentors and investors; and coordinating weekly programming such as 1:1 startup meetings, Lunch & Learns, cohort community-building events, and mentor/investor networking.
