This position is responsible for deploying and maintaining applications, troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues, and collaborating with development and support teams to ensure reliable technology services. The role is essential to maintaining operational stability, security, and effective service delivery across cloud environments.Responsibilities• Set up, deploy, configure, and maintain applications in cloud environments.• Provide application and operational support for Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.• Collaborate with development and support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.• Assist end users with application-related issues and provide technical guidance.• Apply ITIL Service Management practices, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.• Monitor systems and identify opportunities to improve processes, reliability, and service delivery.• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.• Implement cloud security best practices, including security updates and infrastructure protections.Requirements• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT support services, operations, or project/program management.• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, SSL certificate management, firewall maintenance, and disaster recovery.• Experience with security and incident management, including event monitoring, incident response, operating system patching, and security updates.• Knowledge of application and database support, including application operations, database administration, and .NET C# development.• Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud, application, and infrastructure issues.• Strong understanding of IT service management and operational support practices.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with InRule.• Experience with Appian.• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as SSRS and SSIS.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Annual salary range: $64,500–$92,200.• Compensation may vary based on geographic region, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks• Flexible vacation policy.• 401(k) plan with employer match.• Comprehensive health benefits.• Educational assistance.• Access to leadership and technical development programs.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
