Validation Planning Engineer

Desired Technical Skills & Experience8-10+ years of practical, hands-on experience (not purely academic).Must have:FMEA experience and understanding of validation testing for complex hardware systems/subsystems.Hands-on hardware test execution experience (not just software/simulation).While this role is not hands-on testing, prior experience is critical for realistic planning.Microsoft Office SuiteDrivetrain or motion-providing system experience preferred over engine/fuel system backgrounds.Candidates should demonstrate creative problem-solving and adaptability in uncertain environments.Industrial/agricultural/construction validation experience is ideal. Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree is sufficient.Master's degree does not reduce experience requirements.PhD candidates are not excluded but may not find long-term satisfaction unless they bring relevant experience.
