At Mind in Motion psychological services, we provide a wide range of psychotherapeutic services to racially diverse populations in the Albany area. We strive for clinical excellence and professional development along with our clinicians. We are looking for licensed clinicians who are interested in growing with us. We are seeking clinicians who are multiculturally sensitive and are eager to work with a highly culturally diverse population. We currently provide both in-person and telehealth with great scheduling flexibility. The position is for fee-for-service. Evening, weekend hours are preferable. Candidates must be licensed LMFT/LMSW/LCSW/LMHC, or Ph.D./Psy.D. Responsibilities- Provide psychotherapy services to clients using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.- Stay current on best practices in mental health counseling and attend relevant training sessions.
