Returns & Credit Reconciliation Specialist

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Returns & Credit Reconciliation Specialist. This is a critical role that ensures the financial accuracy of our returns process and maintains smooth coordination between our distributors and payment platforms. Key Responsibilities: Match all returned products to the corresponding credits issued by distributors. Reconcile returns processed through credit card companies and PayPal with internal records. Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting for all return-related transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Support finance and accounting teams with return audits and compliance checks. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. Prior experience with credit reconciliation, returns processing, or bookkeeping preferred. Familiarity with credit card processors and platforms like PayPal and Strip. Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
