Then this Slitter Operator role could be the right fit for you.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor the cut-to-length machine to ensure proper performanceOversee the entire production process from coil loading to finished blanksSupervise and support 1-2 team members to maintain workflow and productivityInspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality and specification standardsMeasure materials using precision tools such as micrometers and tape measuresEvaluate flatness and surface quality of blanksAdjust machine settings as needed to maintain product accuracyPerform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concernsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety policies and production proceduresQualifications:Ability to accurately read and use a micrometerProficient in reading and interpreting a tape measureSkilled in assessing flatness and overall quality of metal blanksBenefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401KPaid Time OffDirect HireSalary: $18-$21.75/hr
