If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for precision manufacturing, we invite you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Operate press machinery to produce pressed products according to specified standards and proceduresMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product qualityConduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure safetyFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentRecord production data accurately and report any issues or deviations to supervisorsCollaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processesAssist in setup and changeover of machinery for different production runsSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience operating press or similar machinery in a manufacturing settingStrong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenanceAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and production schedulesGood manual dexterity and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and proficiency in recording data accuratelyHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plusWe offer a supportive work environment that values safety, quality, and continuous growth.
