Previous electrical, apprenticeship, or manufacturing experience is not required—CEC will provide the necessary training.\n\nSchedule\n\nMonday through Friday\n6:00 AM–2:30 PM\nOvertime and weekend work may be required based on production needs\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nFollow basic work instructions and established production procedures\nMeasure, cut, and assemble materials\nOperate basic hand tools safely and correctly\nPerform basic math and measurements\nComplete hands-on production and assembly work\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions\nWear required personal protective equipment at all times\nAssist with additional production duties as assigned\n\nCandidate Qualifications\n\nDependable, punctual, and ready to work\nWilling to learn and participate in company-provided training\nAble to remain on your feet for most of the workday\nComfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment\nAble to follow verbal and written instructions\nBasic manufacturing experience is helpful but not required\nElectrical or apprenticeship experience is not required\n\nTraining and Equipment\n\nCEC provides:\n\nRequired internal job training\nOSHA 10/30 training, if required\nForklift and scissor-lift training, if required\nBasic personal protective equipment\nCompany tools needed to perform the job\n\nEmployees are responsible for providing and wearing their own work boots.\n\nWork Environment and Safety\n\nSafety is our top priority. All employees must strictly follow company policies, production procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
