We specialize in residential and commercial spray foam applications, with a focus on quality, safety, and professionalism on every job.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on spray foam experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows strict safety standards.Responsibilities:Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulationOperate spray rigs, compressors, and related equipment safelyPrepare and clean job sites before and after applicationMonitor foam quality, temperature, and thickness during installationFollow OSHA and company safety standardsCommunicate effectively with leads and supervisorsRequirements:Spray foam insulation experience is requiredMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, cold, or confined areasStrong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethicSchedule: Full-time, xaygatp Monday–Friday (occasional overtime or travel may be required)Compensation: Pay is based on experienceBenefits:Weekly payPTO after 1 year of employment401(k) retirement planCompany gear and safety training providedOpportunities for advancementHow to Apply: Apply here or email your resume to .
