configurations, licensing approaches, upgrades, and technical support requirements.\nEvaluate and test emerging technologies, cloud-supported software products, development languages, and standards.\nEvaluate, test, and document COTS/GOTS development and engineering products.\nEnsure proposed COTS/GOTS products satisfy applicable cybersecurity, federal security, acquisition, evaluation, and validation requirements, including NIST guidance.\nSupport demand-management planning and forecasting for future growth.\nRecommend acquisition strategies, customization approaches, implementation plans, and operations and maintenance requirements.\n\nSoftware Development & Technical Leadership\n\nLead and support a software development team responsible for developing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical applications.\nAssist with software development project planning, including scope, schedules, implementation activities, and technical deliverables.\nDesign, develop, install, configure, upgrade, test, deploy, and maintain new and existing systems, software applications, websites, dashboards, and databases supporting customer responsibilities, including the design, update, and management of intranet sites supporting customer offices and programs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nU.S. Citizenship or
