As an Interview Engineer, you’ll play a key role in that mission, helping companies identify exceptional talent while creating meaningful career opportunities for developers around the world.\nWhat you’ll do in this role\nInterview — Facilitate live technical interviews through the platform with software engineering candidates worldwide. Build a professional, inclusive experience while assessing fundamental coding skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.\nEvaluate — Deliver structured, objective feedback on each candidate’s coding style, technical approach, communication, and knowledge-question responses — using established criteria that mitigate bias and improve hiring signal.\nPartner — Collaborate with the client’s internal teams to test and refine interview content, processes, and platform features, contributing your frontline perspective to continuous improvement.\nWe’re looking for\n3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Engineer, with strong Go proficiency and at least a working understanding of frontend technologies (e.g. JavaScript, React, or similar).\nSolid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals\nExcellent English communication skills — written and spoken — with the professionalism to put candidates from any background at ease\nAbility to deliver objective, structured assessments under a consistent evaluation framework\nReliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection\nHow to knock our socks off\nPrevious experience conducting technical interviews (data structures, algorithms, system design)\nExperience mentoring, coaching, or guiding other engineers technically\nInterest in talent assessment, interviewing methodologies, or inclusive hiring practices\nNaming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.\n✔ Not checking every box?\nThis job looks very exciting, but you hesitate to apply because of the confidence gap?
