Drive innovation in complex PCBA designs utilizing state‑of‑the‑art FPGA SoCs while working with world‑class engineers in our dedicated product‑development lab.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelopment of complex PCB designs incorporating FPGA SoCs.\n\nSupport system‑level hardware architecture decisions and technical requirements.\n\nSupport new product introduction (NPI) processes with contract manufacturers.\n\nDevelop and validate high‑speed digital and mixed‑signal circuits.\n\nEnsure designs meet EMI/EMC compliance, thermal, and signal integrity requirements.\n\nPartner with FPGA/firmware teams to define hardware interfaces and requirements.\n\nParticipate in design reviews and drive technical consensus across multiple teams.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nExperience with DFx (Design for cost, test, manufacturing).\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or experience working in electrical engineering field.\n\n3+ years of hardware engineering experience.\n\nExperience with FPGA SoC hardware integration, hardware validation and debugging.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.\n\n5+ years of hardware engineering experience.\n\nExpertise in signal integrity and power integrity analysis and PCB design tools (Allegro, Altium, or similar).\n\nExperience with high‑volume manufacturing and NPI processes.\n\nCurrent, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret / SCI (or higher).\n\nLocation\nArlington, VA – HQ2 (Northern Virginia).\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirements\nRequired US citizenship with an active Secret security clearance at hiring.
