This role is ideal for a highly organized and analytical professional who excels at working with financial data, project reporting, budgeting activities, and stakeholder coordination.\r\nThe Administrative Analyst will serve as a central resource for collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting project and financial information associated with capital improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will support budget forecasting, expenditure tracking, reporting functions, administrative processes, and project coordination while collaborating with project managers, financial teams, and leadership.\r\nThis position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCollect, organize, and track project and financial data from project managers, sponsors, and financial reporting systems.\r\nAssist in preparing quarterly Capital Improvement Program (CIP) reports.\r\nLog and monitor project funding requests.\r\nSupport preparation of quarterly budget baselines and planned expenditure reports.\r\nAssist with monthly spending forecasts and financial tracking activities.\r\nPrepare and maintain reports, procedures, memos, and supporting documentation.\r\nSchedule and coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholder groups using Outlook.\r\nManage and maintain a shared departmental email inbox.\r\nPerform administrative functions within a Power Apps-based budget management system.\r\nCreate, update, and maintain Excel-based reporting tools and worksheets.\r\nDevelop dashboards and visual reporting tools using existing project and financial data.\r\nSupport project management, budgeting, and administrative initiatives.\r\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and timely completion of deliverables.\r\nEducation & Experience\r\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience, OR;\r\nMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience, OR;\r\nFour (4) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant III in a comparable environment.\r\nPreferred degree concentrations include Finance, Economics, or Engineering.\r\nKnowledge of\r\nPrinciples, procedures, and practices of business management and analysis.\r\nProject management principles and methodologies.\r\nBudgeting and finance.\r\nFinancial tracking systems.\r\nContract development and administration.\r\nApplicable laws, codes, and regulations.\r\nCurrent office technology, software applications, and equipment.\r\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\r\nProficient with Microsoft Outlook.\r\nProficient with Microsoft Forms.\r\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and other data analysis functions.\r\nExperience creating and maintaining dashboards using PivotTables, Pivot Charts, and other reporting tools.\r\nExperience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data.\r\nAbility to identify, analyze, and resolve complex budgetary, procedural, and organizational issues.\r\nAbility to support project management initiatives and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.\r\nAbility to research, gather, compile, and analyze information from various sources.\r\nExperience preparing and reviewing reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.\r\nExperience monitoring budgets and utilizing financial tracking systems.\r\nAbility to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and presentations.\r\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.\r\nAbility to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent decision-making.\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
