We specialize in racking systems, warehouse automation, construction, facility upgrades, and full-scale industrial buildouts.We are actively executing multiple multi-million dollar projects across North America and continuing to scale rapidly across all divisions.The RoleWe are hiring a Director of Operations – North America to take ownership of operational execution across the business.This role is responsible for overseeing all projects, teams, and internal processes to ensure consistent, profitable delivery. You will work directly with the CEO and be expected to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to a fast-growing operation.This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be involved in both high-level planning and day-to-day problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations OversightLead operations across all active projects in Canada and the U.S.Oversee Project Managers, Coordinators, Supervisors, and field teamsEnsure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to scopeProject ExecutionEnsure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at target marginsIdentify and resolve issues impacting timelines, costs, or qualityImprove job costing accuracy and project forecastingProcess & SystemsBuild, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)Create structure across project lifecycle (sales handoff → execution → closeout)Work with internal teams to improve ERP/CRM usage and reportingTeam LeadershipManage and develop operations staff across regionsSupport hiring of Project Managers, Coordinators, and field leadershipSet clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability across teamsResource PlanningImprove scheduling and labor planning across multiple job sitesCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendorsEnsure proper allocation of equipment, materials, and manpowerFinancial PerformanceMonitor project budgets, costs, and gross marginsWork closely with finance on forecasting, reporting, and cash flowIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitabilityCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Sales to ensure clean and accurate project handoffsAlign with leadership on priorities, growth strategy, and execution plansSupport expansion into new regions and service linesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience8–15+ years in operations leadershipBackground in:ConstructionIndustrial servicesLogistics / supply chainWarehouse automation / material handlingExperience managing multi-site or regional operationsStrong understanding of project-based business modelsSkillsStrong leadership and team managementSolid understanding of job costing, margins, and financial performanceAbility to build systems and improve processesComfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsMindsetHands-on and accountableOrganized and process-drivenAble to step into unclear situations and create structureFocused on execution, not just planningNice to HaveExperience with automation systems (conveyors, ASRS, robotics)Cross-border operations experience (Canada & U.S.)Experience scaling operations in a growing companyCompensationBase Salary: Competitive BaseBonus: Performance-basedUpside: Potential long-term growth opportunity within the companyTravel required across North AmericaWhy This RoleDirect access to ownership and decision-makingReal responsibility and ownership over operationsOpportunity to help build and scale a North American platform
