As a key member of our salon, you will help us uphold our commitment to excellence by providing top-quality hair styling services to our clients, supporting our mission of serving the military community with pride.' Responsibilities ' Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, extensions, and grooming tailored to client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering professional advice. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling. Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Squire. Foster a welcoming environment that promotes client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and community engagement.' Qualifications ' Valid cosmetology or barbering license in any of the 50 US states. Proven experience in hair styling, extensions, and color treatments. Strong communication skills and ability to connect with clients. Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols. Ability to operate salon software including MINDBODY. Passion for hairstyling and staying current with industry trends. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
