Assists and supports the Store Manager in the execution of the entire store’s operations.\nEssential Functions (other duties may be assigned):\nKitchen Shift Lead oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Manager, for all store employees\nMaintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity\nMaintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock\nAssist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs\nCash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting company programs\nThe ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds\nCoen values YOU.
