In addition, this position will provide support for everyday functions required to manage RioCan’s portfolio of assets.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\nTesting, creation and maintenance of Argus models\n\nProduction of statistical reporting material for RioCan’s portfolio for internal and external reporting purposes (including reporting required for the weekly Executive Meeting, quarterly Management Discussion & Analysis, Annual Report, Annual Information Form and Annual Executive Offsite Meetings)\n\nMaintain and generate records of reports as required for various departments from the portfolio database\n\nPerform financial analysis\n\nAnalyze and review leases\n\nCreate presentations\n\nLiaise and support Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, Development, Construction, Acquisition and Finance teams\n\nDevelopment of enhanced statistical reporting and implementation of other new analytics technology\n\nOther duties / projects as required\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS\n\nUniversity degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate\n\nStrong technology skills; knowledge of Yardi, Argus and Power BI is a definite asset\n\n1 – 3 years of experience in the retail real estate sector\n\nStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook\n\nAbility to handle a fast paced environment that demands a high degree of accuracy; strong organizational and time management skills are essential\n\nProven team player\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n$67,500 - $93,000 a year\n\nThe base salary range for this role reflects compensation for candidates at varying levels of experience and proficiency.
