Job DescriptionCharleston, SCOrder: 1142760Property & Casualty ProducerThe ideal candidate will enjoy a competitive salary and commission split, a comprehensive benefits package, and potentially the unique opportunity for equity in the company.This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional client service, a knack for navigating complex insurance policies, and a drive to contribute to the growth and success of our agency.If you're looking to build a career with potential for personal and financial growth, we encourage you to apply.Property & Casualty Insurance Producer RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business by identifying potential clients and reaching out to them through sales and telemarketing efforts Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support Analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors Communicate effectively with clients, explaining policy details and answering any questions or concerns Prepare quotes, proposals, and insurance applications Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction Collaborate with underwriters to obtain necessary information for policy issuanceTOP 3 SKILLS: Previous sales experience. Preferred if the person has insurance experience or an interest in the Insurance industry. 1 to 10 years of experience. Must be willing to work onsite in downtown Charleston, unless they are licensed. If they are licensed they can be anywhere in SC. OTHER SKILLS: Develops information and recommendations for prospective accounts, presents proposals and adheres to firm policies and procedures for writing a new account.
