The successful candidate for this position will be able to _troubleshoot and perform_ metal stamping tool repair, perform die changeovers and monitor a tool preventive maintenance program of our fast growing metal stamping and assembly operation.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Troubleshoot, repair and maintain stamping dies\n* Efficiently perform die changeovers\n* Maintain a preventive maintenance program for dies\n* Repair and maintain stamping and assembly fixtures\n* Team with production and quality to troubleshoot manufacturing concerns\n* Maintain a well organized inventory store of needed tool components\n* Maintain a clean and safe work environment\n\nQualifications:\n\n* Certified Tool & Die Maker, equivalent experience may be considered\n* Setup and proficiently operate all tool room equipment including welders, lathes, mills, etc.\n* Proficiency for Blueprint/CAD reading\n* Progressive and line die experience\n* Ability to troubleshoot problems at the press\n* Die sensor installation and troubleshooting experience\n* Must have your own tools\n\nThird party recruiters or Agency submissions will not be considered.
