This position manages classified and unclassified Department of Defense SharePoint environments for the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE). Responsible for configuring, managing, and when necessary, migrating SharePoint platforms across Department of Defense NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS domains. Develop and maintain detailed and complex SharePoint capabilities that meet user(s) functional objectives. Upgrade or replace capabilities as needed to meet changing needs and performance requirements. Provide training and support to users on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi capabilities. Serves as primary onsite technical Tiers 1 and 2 support and trainer for SharePoint Online operations for users, content managers, and supporting administrators.
