Site Development AdvisoryAdvise client on:Site planning and layout optimizationInfrastructure phasing and scalabilityDevelopment strategy for a multi-phase campusEvaluate tradeoffs between:Cost vs schedulePhasing vs upfront infrastructure investmentProvide recommendations that drive efficient and scalable outcomes2. Civil Engineering LeadershipLead design and delivery of:Grading & drainage plansStormwater management systemsWater, sewer, and fire infrastructureOversee internal and external design teamsEnsure engineering aligns with data center operational requirements3. Infrastructure & Utility CoordinationCoordinate with:Power providers (grid + on-site generation)Municipal water systems (1M GPD capacity)Fiber providers (redundant pathways)Natural gas infrastructure teamsIntegrate civil design with:SubstationsCooling systemsData center site layouts4. Permitting & Entitlements StrategyLead civil permitting approach and agency coordinationDrive approvals to meet Q2–Q3 2026 entitlement targetsAnticipate and mitigate risks early in the process5. Construction Document DeliveryOversee preparation of:Civil construction documentsSite and wet utility plansBid and IFC packagesEnsure:ConstructabilityCost efficiencyAlignment with contractor execution6.
