Our program focuses on professionalism, standardization, real-world operational training, and producing highly capable pilots ready for the next stage of their aviation careers.We are seeking a highly motivated Aviation Admissions Recruiter who can build relationships, drive enrollments, and help prospective students successfully begin their path toward becoming professional pilots.This is not a passive administrative role. This is a performance-driven recruiting and admissions position where results matter.Position OverviewThe Aviation Admissions Recruiter will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to guide students and families through the decision-making and financing process.The ideal candidate is highly organized, driven, confident on the phone, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where accountability and measurable results are expected.Candidates with strong sales, recruiting, admissions, or relationship-building backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly and professionally to incoming leads and inquiriesConduct phone consultations with prospective students and familiesGuide applicants through the admissions and enrollment processAssist students with financing application processes and follow-upBuild and maintain relationships with prospective students throughout the sales cycleMaintain detailed lead tracking and pipeline management within CRM systemsConduct consistent follow-up via phone, text, and emailRepresent the academy at recruiting events, career fairs, school visits, and aviation eventsHelp develop recruiting partnerships and outreach opportunitiesWork closely with leadership to improve conversion rates and enrollment performanceMeet or exceed monthly enrollment and recruiting goalsQualificationsRequiredPrior sales, recruiting, admissions, or business development experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in a performance-driven environmentStrong phone and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple leads and maintain organized follow-upSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyProfessional appearance and demeanorPreferredAviation industry experienceFlight training knowledgeCRM experienceExperience with high-ticket sales or financing-based salesExperience working with students, parents, or career-focused clientsCompensation StructureThis position includes:Competitive base salaryBenefits packageAggressive performance-based commission opportunities tied directly to student enrollments and financing conversionsTop performers will have significant earning potential and growth opportunities as the academy expands.Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily in-person at our Houston-area training facility but may include:local recruiting travelschool visitsaviation eventsoccasional evening or weekend outreach activitiesoccasional travelWe are building a high-performance team focused on growth, professionalism, and long-term success in the aviation industry.Important NoteWe are looking for someone who is highly driven, accountable, and motivated by results.
